Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 8-21-310(A), beginning on line 10, page 5, by striking item (10) and inserting:
/ (10) Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection, the uniform filing fee for a power of attorney is fifteen dollars. However, upon presentation of a copy of deployment orders to a combat zone by or on behalf of a member of the armed forces of the United States, the filing fee for a power of attorney for the person deployed is waived; /
