Senator CORBIN proposed the following amendment (109R002.SP.TDC):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, Section 40-79-20(10), by adding a sentence at the end to read:
    /         'Electric fence' does not mean an electrified fence erected for agricultural purposes.         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
