Senator MASSEY proposed the following amendment (276R008.SP.ASM):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, line 39, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

    /         SECTION     __.     The Department of Mental Health shall study the scope of application and financial impact of this act and shall annually make a report to the General Assembly containing its findings by January 1 beginning in 2020.         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
