Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection at the end to read:

/ ( )Lawfully permitted outdoor advertising structures annexed under this section must continue to be permitted under the same conditions as existing prior to the anne xation. Such structures may be repaired, replaced, or relocated under the permitted uses prior to the annexations." /
