EXPLANATION: SC State University full-time student enrollment as related to loan forgiveness shall mean total headcount enrollment as determined by CHE.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 19, SOUTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY, page 348, after line 21, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/            (SCSU: Enrollment Loan Forgiveness) Any reference to full-time student enrollment at South Carolina State University that is related to a loan forgiveness to the state, shall mean total headcount enrollment, as determined by the Commission on Higher Education./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
