EXPLANATION: Exempts urinary catheters sold for individual use from sales tax.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 109,
DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, page 463, after line 30, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(DOR: Urinary Catheters) Of the
funds appropriated or authorized to the Department of Revenue
and notwithstanding any other provision of law, sales of urinary
catheters to individuals are exempt from state or local sales
tax for the current fiscal year. This exemption does not apply
to sales to doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and similar
institutions./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
