Senator CASH proposed the following amendment (4243R007.SP.RJC):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:
        /SECTION     __.     No state funds may be used for the construction of any interchange that serves a professional sports team park.         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
