Amend the bill, as and if amended, PART VI, Educator Development, Satisfaction, and Incentives, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

/SECTION __. Chapter 26, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 59-26-120.All fees and costs associated with a teacher certification or recertification provided for in th is chapter shall be paid for by the State Department of Education. The State Department of Education shall include these projected costs in its annual budget request for the annual general appropriations bill." /
