Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 59-29-250(B), as contained in SECTION 3.A., by adding an appropriately numbered item at the end to read:

/ ( ) the requirements of this section only may be implemented after the State fully funds the Base Student Cost Formula of the Education Finance Act. /
