Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 59-29-250(C)(4), as contained in SECTION 3.A., by deleting the item and inserting:

/ (4) offer professional development and teacher endorsements to teachers who will teach computer science, provided this professional development and these teacher endorsements must be offered at no cost to the teachers; /
