Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 59-59-20 (A)(2), as contained in SECTION 23.A., by adding an appropriately-lettered subitem to read:

/( ) By January first of each year, the State Department of Education shall issue a report to the General Assembly with the full cost of implementing this section."/
