EXPLANATION: Requires Excel Center curriculum to be accredited by a regional accrediting body instead of the SC Charter School District.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 547, paragraph 118.15, line 30-32, by striking: / The pilot program curriculum must be approved by the South Carolina Charter School District in order for the Excel Center to award a certified high school diploma. /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
