Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

/ SECTION __. The South Carolina Office of Small and Minority Business Assistance shall administer a grant fund to support minority-owned businesses in their recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. The source of revenue for the grant fund is $10,000,000 from the federal funds disbursed to the State pursuant to the CARES Act currently on deposit in Coronavirus Relief Fund established and maintained by the Executive Budget Office pursuant to Act 135 of 2020. /
