Amend the joint resolution further, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

/ SECTION__. The Office of Small and Minority Business Assistance shall administer a reimbursement fund to support minority-owned businesses in their recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. Qualifying businesses shall

apply to the Office of Small and Minority Business Assistance for reimbursement of allowable uses. /
