The Committee on Ways and Means proposes the following Amendment No. 1 to H. 3608 (COUNCIL\DG\3608C001.NBD.DG21):

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 1 and inserting:

/ SECTION1. From the 2018-2019 Contingency Reserve Fund, there is appropriated $9,000,000 to the Department of Education for distribution to the Public Charter School District, including the Charter Institute at Erskine, for per pupil funding in accordance with Act 91 of 2019, Part 1.B. Proviso 1.A.50. /
