Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, by striking all after the title and inserting:

/ Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION1. Every school district must offer five-day, in-person classroom instruction to students no later than March 29, 2021.

SECTION2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. /
