Senator MARTIN proposed the following amendment (DG\491C006.NBD.DG21):

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/ SECTION___. In each fiscal year for which bonds issued pursuant to this joint resolution are outstanding, the Department of Commerce shall transfer, from its Closing Fund, nine million dollars to the debt service general obligation bond program, V040-Debt Service, to offset the cost of the bond issuance, and one million dollars to Jasper County to aid in its port endeavors. /
