Rep. COBB-HUNTER proposes the following Amendment No.     to H.4100 as introduced by Ways & Means

EXPLANATION: Clemson University shall continue their men's track and field and cross country teams at the currently funded level.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, page 347, after line 20, by adding a new section to read:

/SECTION 14- H120- CLEMSON UNIVERSITY- EDUCATION & GENERAL /

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 14, CLEMSON UNIVERSITY- EDUCATION & GENERAL, page 347, after line 20, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ 14.tfr. (CU: Track and Field Continuance) For Fiscal Year 2021-22, Clemson University shall be prohibited from discontinuing their Men's Track and Field and Cross Country programs and the programs shall be required to operate at the same level as in the prior fiscal year. /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
