Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

The provisions of Article 6, Chapter 11, Title 16 of the 1976 Code relating to the Protection of Persons and Property Act, commonly referred to as the "Stand Your Ground" law, are not applicable in situations in which all parties are lawfully openly carrying firearms as provided in this act. /
