Senator CASH proposes the following amendment (4100R017.KMM.RJC.DOCX):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 545, proviso 118.18, by striking lines 18 through 20 and inserting:

/ (B)The appropriations in this provision are listed in priority order. For items (1) through (66), item (1) must be funded first , and each remaining item must be fully funded before any funds are allocated to the next item, provided, however, that any individual item between items (1) and (66) may be partially funded in the order in which it appears to the extent that revenues are available. For the remaining items, beginning with item (67), which must be funded first if funding is available, each item must be fully funded before any funds are allocated to the next item, provided, however, that if an individual item beginning with item (67) is not fully funded because revenue is not available to fund the item, then all items between item (67) and the end of the list must be funded proportionally to one another./

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
