Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 555, proviso 118.18, after line 10, by inserting an appropriately numbered item to read:

Vaccination Incentive Program $50,000,000

(__.1)From the funds appropriated to the Department of Health and Environmental Control ( DHEC) in this item for the Vaccination Incentive Program, DHEC shall provide $100 to the first 500,000 residents aged 16-35 who receive a complete COVID-19 vaccination during the current fiscal year. DHEC shall develop a plan to mail checks in a timely manner and to determine eligibility. /
