Amend the bill, as and if amended, in SECTION 2, by adding an appropriately lettered new subsection to Section 56-5-3890 to read:

/ () The provisions of this section are not subject to the provisions contained in Section 17-13-10 and Section 17-13-20, both of which are related to what is commonly referred to as 'citizens' arrest.' /
