Senator HUTTO proposed the following amendment (WAB\935C050.RT.WAB22):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 59-8-150(A)(3) and inserting:

/ (3) not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or disability; and /
