Senator RANKIN proposes the following amendment (AM CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 57, JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT, page 416, after line 7, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ (JUD: Leave for Circuit Court Judges) For the current fiscal year, Section 14-5-130 of the 1976 Code is suspended. /

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
