Senator HUTTO proposes the following amendment (SM CLEMSON FOOTBALL TRANSPORTATION):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 14, CLEMSON UNIVERSITY- EDUCATION & GENERAL, page 359, , after line 27, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ (CU: Clemson Football Transportation) For the current fiscal year, Clemson University may not use any funds appropriated or authorized pursuant to this act for the Clemson University football team to travel to the state of Connecticut to play Yale University. /

Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
