View Amendment Current Amendment: 1 to Bill 3291

Senators LOFTIS and CORBIN proposed the following amendment (3291R001.KMM.DAL):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking Section 16-11-600(B)(2).

/ (2) by marking boundaries with a clearly visible purple-painted marking, consisting of one vertical line not less than eight inches in length and four inches in width, and the bottom of the mark not less than three nor more than six feet from the ground or normal water surface. These marks must be affixed to immovable, permanent objects that are not more than one hundred and fifty feet apart and readily visible from multiple angles to any person approaching the property. Any boundary at a corner must be marked by three circular rings around the immovable or permanent object. /
