PERFECTING AMENDMENT

Senator HUTTO proposed the following amendment (3998CBH1):

Amend the committee amendment, as and if amended, page [3998-1], by striking line 34 and inserting the following:

/ department pursuant to a civil or criminal action, unless the subpoena has been issued by a court after notice has been given to the department and there is opportunity to be heard on the motion to issue the subpoena. " /
