Rep. OTT proposes the following Amendment No. to S. 935 (COUNCIL\WAB\935C015.RT.WAB22):

Reference is to Printer's Date 4/28/22-H.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 59-8-170(B) and inserting:

/(B) By March first of each year the Education Oversight Committee shall publish on its website a comprehensive list of independent and public schools certified as eligible schools. The list must include each eligible school's name, addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, and, for independent schools, a link to a report with the following:

(1) the independent school's annual certified financial audit;

(2) operating budget;

(3) staff credentials, including certification in the subject matter in which they teach;

(4) data disaggregated demographically on discipline referrals, access to advanced courses and graduation, attrition, and promotion rates; and

(5) the number of students with disabilities served along with what services and accommodations are provided. /
