Senators PEELER and DAVIS proposed the following amendment (DG\3247C003.NBD.DG22):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 3 and inserting:

/ SECTION 3.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and first applies to tax years beginning after 2021. /
