Senator HUTTO proposed the following amendment (908CBH1):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, by striking lines 5 through 6 and inserting the following:

/ (i) for a first offense, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned more than ten days;

(ii) for a second offense, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned more than thirty days;/
