Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 5, by striking lines 32-37 and inserting the following :

/ (K)(1) Notwithstanding another provision of law, the confidential information must not be disclosed, is not discoverable, and must not be compelled to be produced in any civil, criminal, administrative, or other proceeding. The confidential information is not admissible as evidence in any civil, criminal, administrative, or other tribunal or court for any reason. /
