Reps. Magnuson and S. Jones proposes the following amendment (LC-3209.VR0019H):

Amend the joint resolution, before the enacting words, after the first paragraph by adding:

Whereas, the General Assembly recognizes that government overreach was a substantial contributing factor to the state of economic emergency and greater freedom is a path to greater prosperity; and
