The Committee on Ways and Means proposes the following amendment (LC-4118.SA0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by deleting SECTION 1.

Amend the bill further, by striking SECTION 3 and inserting:

SECTION 3.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
