Rep. Wetmore proposes the following amendment (LC-474.AHB0503H):

Amend the Bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Once a fetal heartbeat is detected, a pregnant woman is eligible to apply for and receive any and all benefits from the State, including but not limited to the Child Tax Credits, the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit, and the Earned Income Tax Credit.
