Rep. Wetmore proposes the following amendment (LC-474.AHB0526H):

Amend the Bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. When the father of the unborn fetus is known, he shall be required to live within a twenty-mile radius of the unborn child.
