Rep. J. Moore proposes the following amendment (LC-4624.SA0034H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 44-42-320(C) and inserting:

 (C) Notwithstanding subsections (A) and (B), a physician may continue to prescribe a cross-sex hormone or puberty-blocking drug to a minor individual if the minor individual has initiated a course of treatment for the minor individual prior to January 1, 2025. That includes the prescription of a cross-sex hormone or puberty-blocking drug prohibited by subsection (A) and (B).
