 Senator CORBIN proposes the following amendment (SM STATE CONSTABLES V.2):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 63, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, page 433, proviso 63.8, line 31, after /resource officers./ by inserting:

/ Upon approval of the school district, state constables shall be eligible to be used in the capacity of school security guards./ 

 Renumber sections to conform.

 Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
