 Senator YOUNG proposes the following amendment (SM BATTELLE ALLIANCE REPORTING V2):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 93, DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION, page 473, after line 3, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ (DOA: Battelle Alliance Reporting) The Department of Administration, Executive Budget Office shall report quarterly to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, the Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, the Chairman of the House Education and Public Works Committee, and the Chairman of the Aiken County Legislative Delegation as to the expenditures, outcomes, progress, and any other information deemed relevant by the office as it relates to funds appropriated in this act, or any other act, for the Battelle Alliance. The Commission on Higher Education and any entity that has received or will receive funding for this purpose shall supply the office with all information requested to satisfy these reporting requirements. /
