 Senator TEDDER proposes the following amendment (4025R005.CM.DTT.DOCX):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 96, SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE, page 473, after line 32, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ /96.  (SS: Oath of Office). Within five days of the signing of this act, the Secretary of the State shall notify in writing each state board or commission, and any board or commission of any political subdivision of this State, including school districts, that any such board or commission that does not provide certification of taking the oath of office by July 31, 2025 to the agency under which their funds are initially appropriated to, shall not receive any direct or indirect funding appropriated within this act. / / /
