 Senator PEELER proposes the following amendment (AM TAX RATE):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 566, after line 27, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ (GP: Tax Rate) For the current fiscal year, Section 12-6-510(B)(2) and (3) is suspended. /

 

 Renumber sections to conform.

 Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
