EXPLANATION: Amends the existing proviso to strike the option of a county council approving a US Refugee Resettlement Program relocation.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 522, paragraph 107.105, line 15, by amending the proviso to read:/ (GP: Refugee Resettlement Program Family Protection) No state funds shall be expended to assist in the United States Refugee Resettlement Program unless the county council of the county where the resettlement is to occur approves the relocation. /

Amend totals and titles to conform.
