EXPLANATION: Redirect funds originally appropriated to Pee Dee Mental Health Center in FY23-24

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 35, DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, page 377, after line 26, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/(DMH: Pee Dee Mental Health Center) The funds appropriated in Act 84 of 2023, section 118.19(76)(H) to the Department of Mental Health for Pee Dee Mental Health Center shall be redirected to Families Engagement Programs, Inc./
