Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 590, line 17, by striking /$80,000,000/ and inserting /$48,182,327/.

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 589, proviso 118.22, after line 7, by inserting:

/( ) South Carolina Sheriffs' Association  $31,817,673;/

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
