Rep. ROSE proposes the following amendment (LC-287.DG0002H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 44-95-65, by adding a subsection to read:

 (DD)(1) No ENDS product may be listed on the directory if the importer, wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer of the product is based in China or controlled by the Chinese government.
  (2) No importer, retailer, wholesaler, distributor, manufacturer, distributor, or retailer of ENDS products may sell, offer for sale, advertise, or otherwise distribute an ENDS product that can be traced to China or a company controlled by the Chinese government.
