Reps. WATERS and JONES proposes the following amendment (LC-4757.WAB0009H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 3, Section 63-5-340, by adding a subsection to read:

 (F) A healthcare provider relying on this section in connection with suspected child abuse or neglect shall document in the medical record the basis for determining that the care provided is related to a reported allegation of abuse or neglect.

Renumber sections to conform.
