Senator Verdin proposes the following amendment (SR-4343.KM0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 4 and inserting:

SECTION 4. This act takes effect on January 1, 2026 upon approval by the Governor.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
