Senators HUTTO and GRAHAM proposes the following amendment (LC-3858.HA0001S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Chapter 23, Title 50 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 Section 50-23-225. In the event that any county suffers from a reduction in revenue as a result from this act, the State shall provide annual funding in the amount that the county would have otherwise received as of December 31, 2026.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
