Rep. MCDANIEL proposes the following amendment (LC-5073.VR0005H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 59-29-250, by adding a subsection to read:

 (G) Any educational institution that receives public funds must adopt a Uniform Grading Policy as provided for in this section.

Renumber sections to conform.
