Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 49, DEPT. OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 141, line 28, opposite /SPORTS MARKETING GRANT PROGRAM/ by decreasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:
