EXPLANATION: Increases funding for the Rural Infrastructure Authority's Statewide Water and Sewer Fund. (This funding comes from an amendment reducing LocateSC funding by $11,000,000.)

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part 1A, Section 54, RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY, page 151, line 15, opposite /STATEWIDE WATER AND SEWER FUND/ by increasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
